Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity, but we will offer insight into what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT BASIC CLEANING, 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE, PLUS PARTS SECURITY 

 Includes annual basic cleaning, service calls, and select parts replacement. 

Under the contract, we will provide labor and repair or replacement of covered parts.

 Emergency service is for emergencies only.

 BASIC BOILER/FURNACE CLEANING

1. Clean, lubricate, and adjust your oil burner

2. Replace nozzle 

3. Replace fuel filter

4. Vacuum heating unit

5. Inspect and adjust the heating unit

6. Inspect and adjust oil burner controls

7. Complete burner efficiency test

If you have an additional burner on a separate domestic water heater, you may have it cleaned at the same time as your primary heating system for an additional cost. 

 AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE PLAN

This plan consists of two stages:
Spring Startup and Fall Shutdown
Preventative maintenance not only ensures your system will work when you need it but also detects minor problems before they become costly. Air conditioning systems that are properly maintained operate longer and more efficiently.

SPRING STARTUP SERVICE INCLUDES:
1. Check and replace indoor air filters
2. Clean outdoor condenser coil
3. Inspect all refrigerant piping
4. Check the refrigerant charge
5. Test condensate removal pump
6. Check fan belts
7. Lubricate motors
8. Check compressor operation
9. Test safety switches

FALL SHUTDOWN SERVICE INCLUDES:
1. Shut down the outdoor condensing unit
2. Winterize indoor air handler
3. Clean out condensate removal pump
4. Clean out drain lines
5. Flush condensate trap
6. Switch over the thermostat to heat operation
